Monopole Systems LLP was formed in 2017 by a group of highly experienced professionals with all having 15+ yrs of IT experience, mostly as a response to the disillusionment of the state of affairs in most software projects. We are now a team of about 10 members of varied skill-sets and experiences. We specialize in Product MDM Consulting/Configuration and Enterprise Software Development. We have deep exposure to multiple domains like Electrical Industry, FMCG, Travel and Tourism Industry, etc.

Product Information Management

Product Information Management (PIM) is one of the upstream system in most reasonably sized enterprises. PIMs are the source of truth for product information in the organization. Of late, with the spread of e-commerce portals, PIM systems and the sanctity of the data it holds has become fundamental. Monopole Systems has done PIM consulting for multiple clients including IDEA, McNaughton-McKay, EATON. We also have expertise in multiple PIM tools including Stibo STEP, Winshuttle (Enterworks) Enable.

Enterprise Software Development

We have designed and developed business-critical software for multiple businesses. Our developers have expert knowledge of leading languages including JavaScript/Typescript, Java, Python and an array of platforms/frameworks including Node.js, React, and Angular.

Enterprise Software Support

We been doing multi-level software support for diverse range of projects for many years - including the custom software we have developed, deployed package implementations of PIM and other package and custom software implementations. Typically the range of support we offer are Level-3 and Level-2 support of a 3-Tier support scheme.
